Websites are the visible part. The workflow behind them matters more.

Software we built because a real business needed it.

Our work ranges from customer-facing websites and booking journeys to CRM systems, internal dashboards, operational tools, automation and larger marketplace platforms.

Public WebsitesCustomer-facing products people can use and explore.
Back-Office CRMCustomer records, tasks, bookings and operational history.
AutomationForms, reminders, payments, emails and repeatable workflows.
Private SystemsClient work shown only where permission and confidentiality allow.

Selected public work

Businesses and platforms we can show you openly.

These projects demonstrate different parts of the same philosophy: understand the operation first, then build the website and software around the way the business needs to work.

The bit visitors usually cannot see

A website can be the front door to a much more useful system.

Click through these examples to see the kinds of layers we connect behind a customer-facing website.

Project layers

Paragliding Guide: from enquiry to operational delivery.

The website is only one part. The useful system is the connected workflow that keeps bookings, customer information, payments, forms, staff and communication aligned.

Front EndProducts, dates, information, booking paths and customer enquiries.
CRMOne customer record with bookings, status, contact data and history.
FormsStructured customer and operational information instead of scattered email.
PaymentsDeposits, balances and payment state connected to the booking.
OperationsDates, arrivals, staff visibility and preparation for upcoming customers.
CommunicationConfirmation, reminders, newsletters and follow-up from the same system.

Hiking Guide: a small tour operator without enterprise overhead.

Different products need different information, but the business still needs one place to organise the traveller, trip, payment, logistics and communication.

ProductsGuided, self-guided and e-bike experiences with clear customer journeys.
Customer DataTraveller details and booking context attached to the right holiday.
DatesAvailability and operational planning around a seasonal travel business.
ResourcesSupport for trip logistics, bikes and the things that need to be ready.
MultilingualCustomer-facing content designed to serve more than one language market.
Follow-UpEnquiries and customers can move into repeatable communication workflows.

Big Adventure Map: the same thinking at platform scale.

Instead of solving one operator's workflow, Big Adventure Map extends the model to many adventure suppliers: discovery, activities, availability and supplier-facing tools.

DiscoveryHelp customers find independent adventure businesses and activities.
ListingsStructured supplier and activity information that can be managed consistently.
AvailabilityBookable products and availability as a shared platform capability.
Supplier ToolsBusiness-side software intended to reduce admin for independent operators.
IntegrationsA platform structure capable of connecting external booking and business systems.
ScaleReusable software patterns rather than rebuilding every capability independently.

NABDM: demos that behave like software, not screenshots.

We use working interface demonstrations when selling a concept because a prospective customer should be able to click through the proposed workflow and understand it quickly.

Sales DemoVehicle inventory, enquiries, viewing appointments and sales follow-up.
Trades DemoQuotes, site visits, field jobs and customer updates.
Property DemoProperties, owners, maintenance, contractors and recurring schedules.
Adventure DemoBookings, readiness, forms, payments and customer operations.
Mobile ThinkingInterfaces designed for people who actually work from a phone as well as a desk.
AI LayerPractical AI where it improves qualification, replies, search or administration.

Private & confidential client work

Not every useful system belongs in a public portfolio.

We have also built back-office CRM and business systems for other companies whose names, workflows or internal tools are not published here.

We treat private operational software as private.

A CRM can contain commercially sensitive workflows, customer processes, pricing logic, internal administration and business data. If a client does not want their system used as public marketing material, we do not identify it.

Anonymous by default where requestedNo client name, screenshots or identifying business information used publicly without permission.
Demonstrate the capability, not their dataWe can recreate equivalent functionality with fictional records when a relevant demonstration is useful.
Confidentiality can be part of the agreementPublic portfolio use does not need to be a condition of working with NAB Digital Management.

What the portfolio is meant to prove

We are not limited to one template, one sector or one type of system.

01

We understand operations first.

The job starts with what happens after an enquiry arrives, not with choosing a pretty website template.

02

We build only the complexity that earns its place.

AlgoBike can stay lean. A larger CRM can be deeper. The system should match the actual problem.

03

We can prototype before asking you to imagine.

For the right project, we can build a focused demonstration around your business before the full system is developed.

Your business could be the next case study — or stay completely private.

Show us the workflow that is currently held together by people remembering things.

We will help you work out whether it needs a better website, a focused internal tool, a CRM, an automation layer or a combination of them.
