This Product is priced per callout and initial diagnosis. We can normally fix 99% of problems there and then although should your website need more work we will provide you with a full overview of what is needed and the costs if required to repair/update/restore your website.

In order for us to help you with your issue we need access to your website’s Admin Dashboard.

At NAB DM Our Procedure for Diagnostics and Repair are:
If the website is down and not viewable then we require FTP or Hosting Access and we will work to immediately restore the website to functional state before moving on to the steps below.

1. Familiarise ourselves with the website by browsing it and running some tests on the website.

2. We access the Admin Dashboard and begin by creating a Backup of the Client’s website.

3. Due to our experience most problems are easily fixed there and then and we carry out checks and ask the owner to do the same.

4.If the problem is complicated or it is necessary we will take a duplicate copy of the website and run tests on our remote server.

5.Test the website in debug mode and inspect the code thoroughly.

6.Fix or identify any errors and run more tests.

7.Once we have identified the solution to any issues we implement them on the live site.

8.We notify client of completion.

Here are some good practices we suggest before allowing a third party access your WordPress Website:

1. Make a backup of the site. A remote backup is ideal.
2.Install a WP Activity Logger to monitor actions taken and by whom on your website.
3.Create a New User with administration privileges and input one of your own email addresses.
4.Provide the new user login details to the contractor or developer and allow them to do their work.
5.Once the job is complete you can change the password of the contractor account and secure the site.
